JJKwineco, LLC is not liable for any indirect, special, incidental, exemplary or consequential damages (including, without limitation, damaged or destroyed wine) which arise out of customer’s purchase and use of its products.  Under no circumstances shall JJKwineco’s liability for damage to its products or the wine contained therein exceed the retail price paid by the customer for the product(s).
